Why Pet hero
Pet Hero started with a simple frustration: most pet products are either cheap junk that breaks in a month, or overpriced gear sold by companies that have never owned a pet. We wanted a third option. Every product we carry has to solve a real, everyday problem β shedding all over the couch, a dog that inhales dinner in nine seconds, nails that need trimming and a pet that hates it. If it doesn't make life easier for you and your pet, it doesn't go in the store. That's the whole standard.
How we choose our products
We don't list a product just because it's trending. Before anything goes live, we look at what actual owners say about it, compare it against the cheaper versions floating around, and check that it holds up in real use β not just in a polished product photo. Most things we look at don't make the cut. The ones that do are here because they're worth your money.
Our promise
If something arrives damaged, doesn't work as described, or just isn't right for your pet, tell us and we'll make it right. A real person reads every message and we aim to reply within 24-48 hours. We'd rather lose a sale than have you stuck with something you don't love.
